1. Q. How do you keep your fee’s so low?
A. By removing the cost of an expensive high street office we are able to charge far less than typical estate agents.

2. Q. Are you a proper estate agent?
A. Yes we are, all of our team are experienced estate agents and the service we offer is the same as any other estate agent, the only difference being we don’t have a ‘shop window’. We are also members of the Ombudsman of Estate Agents.

3. Q. Where is my property advertised?
A. We will advertise your property in the local property newspaper suitable for your area, such as the Durham ‘Property Advertiser’ and The Northern Echo ‘Homes & Property Advertiser’, on a regular basis. Your property will also be marketed through our own website as well as the 2 largest property portals in the UK, Rightmove and Fish4Homes. A for sale board will also be erected at your request.

4 Q. Can you organise a Home Information Pack for me?
A. Yes of course, we offer two options, pay upfront or pay on completion of sale/withdrawal from the market. Expect to pay £300 - £400 for a H.I.P.

5. Q. If I am already with another estate agent can I use move2direct as well?
A. Yes, as long as you are out of your sole agency period with your current agent or have their written permission to instruct another agent, then we would be delighted to market your property.

Q. Can you arrange solicitors for me if I don’t have one?
A. Yes of course. We use an independent conveyancing firm providing us with a highly competitive service. They operate a NO MOVE – NO FEE policy.
