Could you become a move2direct local agent?

We are looking for hardworking, ambitious and highly motivated sales people who would like the opportunity to create their own ‘business’.   Supported by our highly trained and experienced sales team you will carry out valuations, accompany viewings at vacant   properties ‘for sale’ and generate new business in your local area.

What experience do I need?
You don’t need any previous estate agency experience although the desire to offer high levels of customer service is vital.

How much could I earn?
Working from home as a self employed ‘local agent’ you will earn commission on all income generated in your area. Once established a successful local agent can expect to earn £30k+ per annum. OTE in year 2 is £25k and in year 3 is £35k as a full time agent.

What are the initial setup costs?
As this is not a ‘franchise’ there are no initial setup costs or fees to pay.  However you may need to subsidise yourself for the first few months until the business you generate turns into commission.

How long will it take to get up and running?
Following an initial training course you can expect to ‘start trading’ within 2-4 weeks of signing your agency contract.
